One of my services to home buyers is helping them find their perfect home even when it hasn't been listed on the market yet.

James's Search Criteria

If you're on this page, you probably received one of my mailers. I only send these out to a few home owners whose homes match a specific area, price range, home style, bedroom and bathroom count, square footage requirement, and lot size.

James would be interested in a detached home within a 3-5 mile radius of the Owings Mills Metro Center area. A contemporary floorplan with unique elements and open spaces is ideal, and the home should be at least 3,000 square feet.

James's desired purchase amount is up to $2,000,000 with a 20% downpayment, depending on how much he needs to spend on upgrades.

James's ideal time frame to settle would be by some time in 2025, but willing to work within your schedule if it's truly the perfect home.
