I Will Sell Your Home for Free If You Don't Like It Within 12 Months of Purchase

Let's face it... Life happens. Sometimes you need to move out of your home due to a change of circumstances, and the burden of paying a commission when you haven't had the opportunity to build up equity yet can be too much.
Maybe your job is relocating you. Maybe you lost your job. Maybe you met that special someone and you need to consolidate households. Heck, maybe you just found out that the neighbors party all night and are raising wild dogs in their back yard!
How It Works
If for any reason you need to sell your home that you bought using my services, and you list it within 12 months of your purchase settlement date, I will waive up to the entire listing commission, such that you would do no worse than breaking even on your initial purchase cost.
You will only be responsible for a flat broker fee (currently $495) collected on all sales, the actual cost of marketing, and the buyer agent commission should there be a buyer's agent that brings a buyer who ultimately buys the home.
